Wearable Wings
These wings allow you to express your inner fantasy.
The wings are made from real leaves. I
can make Wearable Wings in either single or double
sets. They come in S-M-L and can be made
to fit children, canine pets or adults.
I offer different styles of Fairy, Bat, Dragon,
Dragonfly and Butterfly shaped wings.
Wings can be dyed either Red, Green, Pink, Purple or
Black or a combination of these colors.
They may also be left natural in color.
Wings are attached with 4 ribbon ties which are
adjustable. You may order from stock or
custom order. Custom orders take about 4-6 weeks for
delivery.Wearable wings are guaranteed for 1
year. Damage due to misuse is not
covered under guarantee.
About the wings
Several years ago I discovered and perfected a
process for removing the chlorophyll from leaves.
Unless noted, all the wings I make whether for use
on the Fairy pins and dolls or Wearable Wings are
made from real leaves. Once the
chlorophyll is removed the leaves are shaped and
laminated to protect them. I use wire in
the wings for strength and decoration.
Some wings are dyed. Dyed wings retain their
translucent appearance.
